Before pioneering New Life Ministries International, in Prescott Valley, they were Senior Pastors of New Life Fellowship in Glendale, AZ for 23 years.

Holy Ghost has free reign in their ministry and services and they are submitted and committed to speaking and teaching the uncompromised Word of God, prayer and worship.

Being obedient to God and remaining in the very center of His will is how Pastors Phillips have chosen to live their lives.
